Beginner Session: 4:00 pm to 4:45 pm
Intermediate Session:  4:50 pm to 5:40 pm
Senior Session: 5:45 pm to 6:45 pm

Sundays
Beginner Session: 4:00 pm to 4:45 pm
Intermediate Session:  4:50 pm to 5:40 pm
Senior Session: 5:45 pm to 6:45 pm

We are closed on public holidays but still provide training in school holidays.
